When To Use:

AM and PM

After cleansing, gently wipe one pad over the face, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse. Follow with treatment products, moisturizer, and sunscreen as appropriate.

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding:

This product contains 2% salicylic acid along with exfoliating acids. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult their healthcare provider before use.

Who Should Avoid:

  • Clients with a salicylate or aspirin allergy
  • Very dry or dehydrated skin
  • Highly sensitive or reactive skin
  • Severely compromised skin barriers
  • Clients already experiencing irritation from multiple active products
  • Clients new to medical-grade acne treatments may be better suited to Complexion Renewal Pads initially

Acne Treatment Pads are one of the strongest acne-focused products in the ZO line and are specifically designed for clients struggling with persistent breakouts, excess oil, and congestion. Compared to Complexion Renewal Pads, these are much more treatment-focused and place a greater emphasis on acne prevention and oil control.

We often recommend Acne Treatment Pads for clients with moderate to significant acne, stubborn blackheads, oily skin, or recurring hormonal breakouts. Because they contain maximum-strength salicylic acid along with glycolic and mandelic acids, they can be incredibly effective but should be introduced thoughtfully when used alongside retinol, exfoliating scrubs, or other corrective treatments.

For many acne-prone clients, these pads become a cornerstone product because they help address current breakouts while actively working to prevent new ones from developing.
